Irish Theatre Institute

Set up originally in 1994 as Theatre Shop, Irish Theatre Institute exists to address and promote Irish theatre in an international context. Its primary purpose is to develop networks and enhance touring opportunities for Irish theatre and dance companies North and South of the Border. Irish Theatre Institute is the information provider for and about the Irish theatre sector and welcomes requests for information from international promoters and presenters with an interest in Irish theatre. ITI receives support from Culture Ireland for events and projects on which the two bodies collaborate.
